For women who hold everything together
You look after everyone.Who looks after you?
I help creative, independent women re-energize with daily microhabits. Tiny things you tuck into your shower, your coffee, your dog walk. Two minutes at a time, you get yourself back.
Small group. Six women, max. Online and in the Chicago area.

Be honest with yourself for a second
Are you in pain?
Maybe that word feels too big. Read this anyway.

You finish one call and the next one is already ringing. Your son is crying in the other room. Your partner can't help right now, and you feel that little flash of resentment you don't want to feel.
By the afternoon you're running on fumes. You're not your full self, and you know it.
You give and give. Then you snap, or you shut down, and later you lie in bed going over it. Guilt. Judgment. Why did I let that get to me?
Some days you can't even tell which feelings are yours and which ones you picked up from everyone else.
You've done the right things. The job, the family, the workouts, the podcasts. You built a good life. Somewhere along the way you started keeping your voice small so nobody would ask, "Who does she think she is?"
And there's a quiet promise you keep making: one day, when things calm down, I'll rest. I'll enjoy it. That day keeps moving.

Now picture this
An ordinary Tuesday that feels good to live in.
- 01You sip your coffee the way you actually like it, and you notice it.
- 02Someone has a bad mood near you and you think, that's theirs, and you let it pass.
- 03You walk into a room and take up the space you need. Your shoulders stay down.
- 04A hard moment hits at 2pm. You know exactly what to do with the next three minutes.
- 05You give to your people from a full cup, because you filled it first this morning.
More ease. More calm in your body. More pleasure in the small stuff. You stop waiting for some future version of your life to feel this way.

Hi, I'm Veronica
I built a business that looked perfect. I couldn't sell it.
A few years ago I had the beautiful website, the high-ticket offer and the group program all ready to go. When it was time to invite people in, I froze. I didn't feel worthy of it. Meanwhile, at home, things were falling apart.
What followed was about two years I call my dark night of the soul. I went back to teaching Pilates, which I've now done for four years with hundreds of women in Chicago. Every morning, every lunch hour, I rebuilt my own energy and my own trust in myself. Small habit by small habit.
That's where this program came from. Everything I'll teach you, I still do. I brush my teeth with my left hand doing squats and telling myself I love you. It sounds silly. It works.
What you resist, persists. If you allow it to reveal, it can heal.
The program
Re-energize in 90 days
You won't need an extra hour in your day. We use something I call stacking: you add a small, kind action on top of something you already do. You're brushing your teeth anyway. You're showering anyway. We just give those minutes a job.
While
Brushing your teeth
Use your other hand. Do squats for two minutes. Look in the mirror and say your name and "I love you."
While
In the shower
Imagine the water washing the old you away. Tell your body it's soft, healthy and clean.
While
Drinking water
Each glass becomes a refill. "This is replenishing every cell in my body."
While
Walking the dog
Feet in the grass. Hand on a tree. Let it take what you don't need anymore.
While
The 2pm crash
Step into the restroom. Breathe. Arms up, reach wide, take up space. Then go back out.
How it runs
Three weeks on, one week to breathe.
- 1
The kickoff
A 90-minute vision workshop. You set your intention for the next 90 days and we make vision boards together.
- 2
Every week, 90 minutes live
The first hour is meditation, art journaling and movement. The last half hour is coaching, reflection and celebrating each other.
- 3
One habit, one theme
Each week you leave with one new microhabit to try. Just one. That's how it sticks.
- 4
A week off after every three
Nine sessions in three blocks. The rest week lets the new habits settle into real life.
- 5
Six women, never more
Small enough that everyone gets seen and heard. You won't hide in the back.
The nine weekly themes
- 01Love
- 02Patience
- 03Forgiveness
- 04Grace
- 05Earth
- 06Wind
- 07Fire
- 08Water
- 09Integration of you
Week one starts with love: loving yourself, loving others, and how to keep loving people when they aren't loving you back.

The art part
Learn to get grand.
Think of a leather jacket that's a size too small. You can wear it, but you hold your arms in all day. Plenty of us live like that.
In the program we paint on big wall canvases. No talent required. When you paint big, something loosens, and you start speaking a little bigger too. You remember you're a creator.
And when growing feels uncomfortable, and it will, you have a group going through it right next to you.
Included bonuses
- Online Pilates with me. Free and optional. Skip it if you already have a routine you love.
- Three guided meditations for the days you feel grumpy, crunchy and done.

Woke up still feeling the magic. I was able to stay above the vibe and not get sucked in. Yay me!
Katie B.That was so special and healing. Just what I needed tonight. I sincerely appreciate your light and how it wants to bring out mine.

Questions
Things women ask me
I'm already so busy. Do I really have time for this?+
That's exactly who this is for. Most of the habits take two to five minutes and happen while you're doing something you already do. The weekly session is the one thing you set aside time for.
Do I need to be good at art?+
No. Nobody grades the paintings. Some of the best moments come from women who swore they couldn't draw a stick figure.
Is this therapy?+
No. I'm a coach. I don't diagnose or treat anything. My job is to believe in you, support you, and give you tools you can use on your own. If you need a therapist, I'll tell you.
Is it online or in person?+
Both are possible. I'm in the Chicago area and I also work with women online. We'll sort out what works for you on the call.
What's the time commitment for the group?+
One 90-minute session a week for three months, with a week off after every three sessions. Tuesday evenings are the current plan.
Which package should I pick?+
If you want to test the waters or prefer working privately, start with the four sessions. If you want real change that lasts, and you like the idea of a small circle of women around you, choose the 90 days.
What if I'm not sure yet?+
Book a free call. It's a real conversation, and you're allowed to say no at the end.

Still not sure?
Let's just talk for 20 minutes.
Tell me what's draining you. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help. If it's a fit, great. If it isn't, you'll still leave with one thing to try tomorrow morning.
